The biography of Mr. Mbuih
MBUIH is a youth policy and international development expert by profession, with an accumulated 14 years of experience. He obtained an Advanced Globalization and International Economic Development in the Institute of Development Policy, University of Antwerp, Belgium. Hitherto this scholarship, he served as the pioneer focal person of the Dschang University foundation of the University of Dschang for one year. Still in the same university, he had a lectureship position on youth policy, socio-cultural activities and youth leadership since 2009. Mbuih is a co-founder of the African Network of Youth Policy Experts (AfriNYPE), which is a pan-African think tank on youth policies. He is also the founder and president of a youth led-organization dubbed ICAD, whose mandate is bridging gaps.
Mbuih participated as an emerging leader in the 2015 edition of the Atlantic Dialogues, where he gained and developed leadership and research skills, which culminated with an award as a UNESCO-Mars emerging researcher in Geneva, Switzerland that same year. He was later selected to take part in the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) leadership training, a flagship program of the US State Department to train young emerging African leaders. After the YALI program, Mbuih received the prestigious Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship program in 2017 amidst thousands of applicant. Mbuih received extensive trainings over the years in the four corners of the world, which he successfully replicated in 21 localities in Cameroon via more than 16 projects, thereby creating direct and indirect impact on the lives of more than 7000 persons. Under the canopy of AfrNYPE, he is currently the lead officer of a project to create a youth policy labs on youth policy analysis in 54 African countries and another project on deterring illegal migration from Africa to Europe and the US. Mbuih has five scientific publications to his credit in renowned journals like the Commonwealth jour nal and the African Educational Research Journal just to name these.

The biography of Mr Ngwang
Ngwang Roger born 10th August 1986 is a Native of the North West region of Cameroon. He pursued primary education in Bafoussam where he earned his First School Living certificate. He then obtained his secondary and high school education in Bamenda where he obtained his GCE Ordinary and Advanced Level. He pursued University Education at the University of Buea and Obtained a BSc in Political Science and a Minor in Law. With his interest in International Relations and Diplomacy, he succeeded the competitive entrance examination into the international relations institute of Cameroon where he earned a Masters of Arts in International Relations with specialty in International Disputes. He then furthered his studies at the Institute of Development Policy- university of Antwerp where he earned a Masters of Science in Governance and Development with specialty in Governance, Peace and Conflict. With his area of career interest being international development, Governance, conflict management, human rights and peace support operations, Ngwang has not stopped undertaking both online and on-site trainings in the domain.

Yvette Diffo Mufeh is a development practitioner currently pursuing an Advanced Masters in Development Evaluation and Management at the University of Antwerp in Belgium. She has a master’s in International Relations from the international relations institute of Cameroon. Yvette is very passionate about community development and sustainable development and as such, she has been actively involved in climate change adaptation and mitigation with ICAD. Her experiences over the years in community development and strategic planification is unwavering. When she isn’t immersed in her professional engagements, Yvette spends time-cooking, swimming, cracking up with friends. Mr. Fon Brunstead
The Biography of Mr Fon
Fon Brunstead is an early career professional with over three years of working experience in participatory grassroots development management and youth policy. He holds a Master in Local Governance and Development from the University of Dschang (Cameroon), and is currently studying an Advanced Master in Development Evaluation and Management at the Institute of Development Policy (Antwerp, Belgium). He has worked and volunteered with several NGO’s and organizations on programs related to the improvement of community livelihoods, youth inclusiveness and policy design. His main area of interest is the enhancement of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems for the effectiveness and efficiency of development interventions. He is also concerned about local governance, development cooperation and human rights; applying his skills and knowledge to match grassroots potentials with life-changing opportunities. He is currently serves as ICAD’s Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator.
Mrs Akpene Samiama

Mrs. AKPENE INEMO SAMIAMA-UDOH, is a native of Bayelsa State in Nigeria, she was born on the 18th of August, 1983. Building on an existing work experience of five years as a development practitioner, she is currently an independent research consultant in the fields of Gender policy and Conflict resolution, with an in-depth knowledge in Development studies and International Relations.
On her previous job experience, she held various roles on multiple projects in the capacity of an Assistant Project officer, as well as an Administrative Officer over the course of four years at Stakeholder Democracy Network (SDN). She supported the Programme Teams in regards to logistics coordination that aided the implementation of relevant projects. She adapted effective research analysis skills in the assessment of projects implementations to meet donor standards, based on the areas of community empowerments, resource governance, democratization, poverty reduction, social policy, environmental degradation and human right issues.
Currently, she is completing an Advanced Masters study at the Institute of Policy Development in the University of Antwerp. She is very passionate on issues in regards to gender mainstreaming; her thesis interest is on An Assessment of the role of Women in Peace Initiatives under the UNSCR 1325: Nigerian National Action Plans (NAPs) Case Study.
She is a charismatic, versatile and performance driven individual who thrives on responsibility and enjoys new challenges, a very thorough professional who is dedicated to her duties, possession of great leadership skills and a unique ability to identify and solve problems. Her result oriented passion drives her to take up strategic positions that contribute to an organization growth, giving her an opportunity for accountability, career advancement, professional development and work-life balance.

Concepteur, Développeur et Designer des applications Réseaux et Internet, DJEUDJI Gabin est un passionné des Technologies et des Innovations. Il est depuis 2010 Administrateur des Systèmes et Réseaux de l’Université de Dschang (UDs) et une des têtes pensante des Systèmes Informatique. Concepteur et développeur du site internet de l’UDs, du Système Intégré de Gestion des Etablissements Supérieures (SIGES), logiciel de suivi académique des étudiants en ligne et en local, et bien d’autres Applications de gestion d’entreprises privées. Il est également concepteur des visuels de communications pour l’UDs et partenaires (publics et privés). Il a été pendant une année, l’un des pionniers de la structuration et l’implémentation de la Fondation de l’Université de Dschang (FONDUDs). Expert OMPI (Organisation Mondiale de la Propriété Intellectuelle) dans la rédaction des brevets, du développement Technologique et de l’innovation, il a participé en avril 2018 à la 43e Réunion Annuelle des Gouverneurs de la BID (Banque Islamique de Développement) en TUNISIE.
Respectivement Chef des Systèmes Informatique de la Faculté des Lettres et Sciences Humaines (FLSH) de l’UDs et Point Focal du meilleur centre d’incubation au Cameroun dénommé le Centre d’Appui à la Technologie, à l’innovation et à l’Incubation de l’Université de Dschang (CATI2-UDs) qu’il anime depuis 2 ans et accompagne aujourd’hui plus de 2000 jeunes (étudiants et non étudiants) dans les études et conseils de mise en place de systèmes d’information d’entreprises, la gestion de projets innovants (Assistance, Conseils en gestion de projets, Rédaction des Termes de Références, Contact d’Incubation et Subvention, Accompagnement des idées de projets), la gestion de la base de données des brevets en ligne, la veille Technologique, et l’animation des activités (Sensibilisation – Information – Speaker – Sélection des Projets Innovants – Coaching – Gestion des Formations – Autres… ). Ce centre crée ainsi un impact direct ou indirect sur la vision entrepreneuriale et création des richesses de près de 30000 étudiants et non étudiants.
Il est Diplômé de L’institut Universitaire de Technologie Fotso Victor de Bandjoun, et actuellement en Maîtrise des Systèmes de Réseaux Distribués de l’UDs, il se forme en parallèle dans le domaine des Réseaux Sociaux d’Entreprises, Certifications Adobe, Technique de Rédaction des Plans de Communication, Montage des Projets et Développement Durable. Il est actuellement en train de développer plusieurs projets qui contribueront à réduire l’immigration des jeunes et à transformer leur environnement en des opportunités d’insertion socio-éco-professionnel.
